About Jessica Li

Communications & Development Support (US)

Cellist Jessica Li is a dynamic performer whose work bridges artistry, collaboration, and community impact. A native of Northern California, she is currently pursuing her Master of Music at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music under the mentorship of Amos Yang of the San Francisco Symphony, following her Bachelor of Music from New York University, where she was named to the Dean’s Honor List.

Jessica has studied internationally and performed across the United States and Europe, including New York, Germany, and the Czech Republic. She has worked closely with leading chamber ensembles such as the Cavani, Alexander, and Esmé String Quartets, and her piano trio earned consecutive first-place awards at the MTAC VOCE Chamber Competition, along with recognition from the California State Legislature.

Equally passionate about service, Jessica has led benefit concerts to support the construction of schools and the provision of educational resources for children in Uganda, demonstrating her belief that music can create meaningful change beyond the concert stage.

Outside of music, Jessica likes to crochet, knit, sew her own clothing, and other various hobbies in the arts.
