Swan International Music Society is expanding our team to support the launch and growth of the Swan International Music Festival. We welcome applications from individuals interested in contributing their skills to a dynamic international initiative based in Singapore.
EMPLOYMENT & CONTRACT ROLES
We are seeking passionate and organised individuals to join our team in administrative, logistical, and student affairs roles. Positions may include part-time or project-based contracts in areas such as:
Event and festival logistics
Operations and administration
Student Affairs and participant coordination
Marketing and outreach support

PAID INTERNSHIPS
We offer paid internships for individuals interested in gaining experience in festival management, classical music administration, and cultural programming. Internships are available during the summer festival season.
Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team on real projects that support artistic exchange and community engagement. We are able to provide formal letters of appointment and completion certificates to support students fulfilling internship requirements set by tertiary institutions. Internships can be structured to meet academic criteria as needed.

VOLUNTEERING & IN-KIND SUPPORT
We welcome volunteers who would like to contribute their time to support Swan’s activities in practical ways. Opportunities may include helping with outreach, distributing publicity materials, or assisting with event logistics on festival days.
